Do you know of anyone within the area where i live who homes Yorkies on a temporary basis.I am moving into temporary accommodation for approximately three months and my beloved Yorkie Josh cannot be accommodated there.Josh is fourteen, deaf and on daily medication for a stroke he had earlier this year from which i am pleased to say he made a full recovery.
I feel it would be unfair on Josh to place him in kennels for this period of time.Josh tolerates children but prefers a quiet environment although he can make a lot of noise himself,he is use to other dogs and enjoys his food , a soft diet and a daily walk,we live in the Doncaster area. can anyone help?

I live nearby but couldn't really help you as i have a 3yr old male yorkie of my own, haven't you any family who could look after it for you? :)

Hi - why don't you try Yorkie rescue for a foster home? Perhaps offer to donate the equivilent of the kennel fees? :)
