i have got a new puppy who is 16 weeks old and he is constantly biting he is just playing but he is really hurting!!! how do i stop him tryed a few things but nothing seems to be working

My pup does the same! I have started to walk away and ignore him when he starts to bite and it is slowly working. Shouting "NO!" just seems to make him bite some more as he sees it as extra attention and thinks I'm still playing. The other thing you could try is crying/whining at him when he bites to make him think he has hurt you and see if he stops. The key is consistency. Walking away and ignoring him for a few minutes seems to work - he forgets after a day or two and I have to start the same treatment every times he bites.
