I'm guessing that you mean a 'Havanese'. (In the UK, I think that they're called only Havanese, The Bichon bit of the name isn't normally used here) (Please excuse me if I'm wrong). I don't think that there are too many in the UK, but you could try the Champdogs breeders pages, or failing that the Kennel Club.
