im after a bit of advise really! i have a red and white female staff who i am looking to breed at the end of this yeah but im not sure what colour to breed her with, people have sugested a solid red or solid black, if you can help me or have any comments i would be greatful!!

I think your breeder may be the best person to approach . You need to also take into consideration her pedigree and dogs best suited to her line not just the colour . :)
