Please whilst looking for your litter with tails do not forget all the other considerations. Health, temperament and the competence of the breeder. Contact the breed clubs to see if they know of anyone who is leaving tails on. Unfortunately you may by paying in advance persuade a breeder to leave a tail on a pup for you but it is going to be more difficult to find a breeder who does all the tests required and only uses the best stud dogs who will leave a whole litter thus. If you can find it there was someone looking for a Doberman with the same criteria as you, not sure if they have been successful but I believe they found that the breeders who left the tails on were also saving money by not breeding from health tested stock.

I totally agree with JackieH, don't overlook other issues when looking for a Rottie with a tail. BUT, good for you!! Dogs were meant to have tails they are a vital part of their communication system and are not meant to be docked by anyone whether a vet, breeder or some amateur butcher. I do appreciate that working dogs who actual work can damage their tails whilst doing so but mass docking of a breed purely for show or cosmetic reasons is, in my opinion, appalling. I wish you luck in your search.

One of my dobes has a tail, and I get lots of positive feed back from people we meet...but do whip you a bit!!!!!....be careful you dont end up with one from someone, that hasnt docked cos they dont the right peeps.....as they may be lacking in other advice too......good luck in your search
