Hi all !
Was reading the postings made recently on livercake and thought I would have a go.
The kitchen smelled of liver cooking, but I didn't find this so bad. When I used to eat meat, I also ate liver so I suppose this is one reason for it being OK. BTW I made mine with beef liver as lambs liver is quite rare here in Germany, and it's fine.
And Polly absolutely loves it ! I've an cut an eighth into tiny pieces for training later today at doggy school and have frozen the other 7/8.
Does anyone have any other similar recipes or know a website I could look at ?
Regards from Germany
Carol
