I am writing to you because I need your help.

I live in Ireland and I have been trying to get a Bernese Mountain Dog for quite some time. There is a Bernese Club in Ireland but very few breeders so it is almost impossible to get a puppy.

There seem to be quite a few Bernese breeders in the U.K. so I was wondering if it is possible to come over to the U.K., buy a Bernese pup there and take it back to Ireland. Are you familiar with the transport regulations for dogs from the U.K. to Ireland? What about vaccinations, official documentation, I.D. chip and quarantine? Ideally, I would like to have the dog with me in mid November.

I really hope you can help me! I can then move on to contacting breeders in the U.K.
