Has anyone heard of a pet shop called Posh Petz in St Cuthberts street Bedford , my neighbour is going there Thursday to buy a Yorkie. Have advised her against it but some people won't be told.

I don't know anything specifically about that shop, but no reputable breeder will allow their pups to be sold through a shop. It is against Kennel Club rules, so the pups on sale there are likely to be from puppy farmers.

PS - apparently this woman may cease trading if she gets enough phone calls to tell her to stop (no withheld numbers are accepted) im sure that there are enough compassionate champ doggers to keep her phone ringing and stop her!!

please read this and phone! - it could help put a few puppy farms out of business and prevent innocent owners ending up with poorly bred dogs!
