please could you ask the person who leaves the collar on her dog
please do not do this astwo of my dogs were playiing and one
caught her tooth in the ring of the other one so she pulled collar tightend
and nearly strangeled her daughter the only way i was able to get them apart was to cut the coller.thanks

I agree with you on that one!! I never leave any type of collar on my dogs, just in case.
