For the last 3 weeks I have replaced half my dogs diet with wholegrain rice and upped the exercise to help with her weight but so far ahe had lost nothing, is it to early to see results.
What else can I do she has hardly anything now and I know she is hungry.

She is an ESS and she is 2 and a half, she needs to loose 2kgs, I am feeding her on Autarky and she has 100g plus 65g of wholegrain rice each day, if she didnt need to loose weight I would give her approx 170g each day.

It may be to early to notice any change. It so easy to put weight on a dog but its a devils game to lose it.Personally i would not feed the rice and feed the correct amount of dry food.Keep up the exercise, fingers crossed.

I do think you need to be careful that her diet is balanced, so adding too much rice over a long period of time is not a good idea. I would feed her slightly less than you were feeding her pre-diet and switch to a low cal food, which Autarky might manufacturer, I do not know their line.
Fresh vegetables make good treats between meals.

Sandie - have replied on your other post, the Autumn senior Autarky can be used for weight control - hope this helps :)
