please help advice bought mastiff off breeder told of minor defect of dog swelling to belly button told not a problem took dog vets first needle vet says serious hernia told not to breed at all if we decided to rang breeder didnt offer much help would not pay me back or offer of a replacement very disappointed as present for mother any advice would be appreciated thank you

Hi how bad is it can you put your fingers in/ how old is pup/ did you buy to breed did you tell the breeder this/ does this breeder show and is it a Mastiff not a Bullmastiff? sorry but some people get mixed up with the correct names.

Did you tell the breeder that you wanted to breed or show??A hernia is repairable and is fine in a pet but not good if you want to breed or show-in fact quite a definate no!!
