my friend has a 2 year old bitch with a chronic skin problem, he has been to a number of vets, tried many antibiotics/diets yet still the dog has painful crusty sores on her nose and back - have you come accross anything like this ?

I haven't had a dog with sores on its back, but cured a beardies crusty nose using Aloe Vera Gel & liquid in the drink
