My 10 month old west highland terrier Max likes to roll in other dogs dirt, when we are out a walk. Has anyone any sugestions why and how do we stop this?

Are you sure its dog mess and not Fox mess? Dogs do this, there isn't much you can do about it, except keep him on a lead.
