I know nothing about this breed at all but I would say that in my honest opinion it is more important the type of breeder it is, the sire and dam of the litter etc.
If the puppy is for a pet then a good breeder should be able to help you decide if one of the puppies is suited to you.
If a litter is born from top show stock 9 times out of 10 unless you have waited a long time you will only get to choose from what the breeder is not keeping for their own show stock. Sometimes it is not uncommon for them to only have one available but a lot of people are happy with this are they know they are buying from the right people .
Most good breeders are breeding for themselves so do not have unlimited numbers left.
I would also guess ( I may be wrong) that this breed doesn't have huge litters anyway.
Hope this doesn't sound too much like a lecture as it is not meant to be but be selective in the breeder , sire and dam first.
I would suggest contacting a few breeders and putting your name down for a puppy from a future litter, If you are pactient then you may get pick after the breeder.
Good luck with your search.
