I start weaning my litters at about 3 weeks, if that's any help. Either a teaspoon of scraped beef, or a teaspoon of well-soaked puppy food (so that it is a mush) is plenty for the first few days.

I generally start around 3 weeks, last litter gave them some chicken wings to play with then some minced meat to eat.
