I have a sad enquiry. My partner and I are having to sell our house in London and have to relocate to somewhere much smaller. We have a beautiful four year old Weimaraner dog called Isis, he is lovely. Unfortunately, because of our relocation, we are having to find another home for him. We don't want to send him to Battersea Dogs Home, therefore, were wondering if anyone would be interested in him or know of anyone who would be interested. Unfortunately, neither my partner nor I have family who can take him.

He is a full pedigree, his kennel club name is Millenium Lad and we bought him from a Weimaraner breeder in Wales, we have had him since he was about seven months old. He has had all his boosters and we have his medical records.

If anyone can help, can you please get in touch with me.

Thank you very much.

Kind Regards

Have a word with Weimaraner Club Rescue. They vet potential homes and will have a list of people waiting :-) Have a chat with Margarita Booker on 01293 871373.Margarita is your nearest rep. She is a lovely lady and I am sure that she will help you find a good home for your lad, if you really must part with him :-(
Have you contacted his breeder to see if they might like him back? You never know, they might even know someone who would like him.

You could also try Independent Weimaraner Rescue & Re-homing Service. If you take a look at http://www.weimaraners.uk.net and then click on rescue contacts, you can then choose which contact is closest to you.

I can't imagine having to give up my weimaraners and so I wish you all the very best. I'm sure one of the rescues mentioned by Leigh and myself would be only to willing to help.

P.S. Leigh help me sort this blumming link, I can't get it to work

There you go ;-)
