We are looking in the not too distant future of having an English Bull terrier. We are seriously considering having two. We require advice on whether or not we can actually have two i.e. male & male, or female & female or male and female from same litter???? Please could someone reply on this matter as it's a very important issue and we DO NOT want to get this wrong!! We want our dogs to be happy and healthy.

Unless you are an experienced dog owner, I would advise you not to have 2 pups at the same time, I would like to see at least 3 years between pups but that may me a bit too long for most people, so shall we say 2 years to let the first dog grow to adulthood first.

You may find that most breeders will not be happy to sell you 2 from the same litter or to hear you are thinking of 2 pups at the same time. One at a time is best for you and the pup, they learn to look to you and not to their litter mate or another pup.
