Hello and what a great forum you have here. I hope you don't mind visitors from the US! I have a 3yo Min Schnauzer (Gabby) and recently added a Rottie pup (Callie) to our family. The pup is 10wks old and she is a sweet joy! I'm in the process of switching to BARF and have been reading books and scanning the web. After doing some research I also changed the kibble I'm feeding them now. Gabby was on Maximum Nutrition which is a wal-mart brand but not a bad food for the price (actual meat, no corn or soy). I now have them on Nature's Variety Prarie Brand. I'd love some feedback on this food.

Welcome to the Forum :) Not sure that we have Prairie Brand here in the UK ..we don't tend to have prairies :) But someone may have some info for you :)

i'm from Australia,i think i'm the only Aussie here:( your right this is a great forum! we are in the same boat as we dont get any of the products from the U.K or the U.S,but you guys get so much more variety then we get here,the only premium foods we have are:sci.diet,crapaneuba,royal canin and advance,but no matter i usually cook for my babies,i have 2 shih-tzu's, Emma and Bonnie.

Very true, didn't think about that. They have a website you can check out. They also sell BARF food in frozen form but I think I can make it myself cheaper. So, no prairies in the UK? I feel bad for you. LOL!
