Hi i dont know any breeders in your neck of the woods but i owned a PLS for 12 years i had her put to sleep this year, anyway they are very nice little dogs i done obedience with Whispa that was her name and she worked really well with just hand signals, it was the grooming i found hard having only owned short haired dogs i did show her a few times but i new she wasnt that good for the ring ( great dogs just the grooming is hard).
