last week I got a new puppy but every night since we have had him he keeps waking up and howling at about 4:00am and then again at 6:00 we try to ignore him but he wakes all the neighbours up. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
