Has anyone ever used a product called 'shed stop'? It is supposed to reduce shedding! I have obvious reservations, it sounds too good to be true.. how can a product really reduce shedding? and if it works, does anyone think there would be adverse effects on the coat? I would love to hear your opinions on such a product :)

Just to say, I've not tried this product but if you are going for a Cocker Spaniel, then shedding is just one of those things you have to put up with ;-) I always advise people that if they want a dog that does not shed, then don't get a Cocker (or a Dalmation :D)

LOL :) Great :) I wont tell my husband that though. I have really fallen for Cockers, they have such a happy disposition :) and hence I have resided to the fact that I will permanently have the hoover in one hand an a lint remover roller in the other :) but thats fine with me :)
