Has anybody else got one of these lovly dogs if so please let me know what yours is like mine is 8 weeks old and is a big softy!!interested if people think this is a good cross

No i dont think it is a good cross because the Bullmastiff is a great dog and breed it doesnt need to be crossed with any other breed, and the Mastiff is a good breed, (there is no such breed as an old english bullmastiff) there is a BULLMASTIFF OR A MASTIFF, what is wrong with buying a breed.

apparently...its more fashionable these days to "wait and see" what a puppy turns out like....than research and buy a breed

Don't you realise, Chloe - research involves thought, and that's too much like hard work.

yeah - much better to just think "will my dog be pretty, and if not, where can i get one that is?"

she may mean old tyme bullmastiff which i know of a guy creating.he trying to create example of the old type bullmastiff like thorney wood terror etc before the extreme bully faces and other extremities came in the bullmastiff.

I would be genuinely worried about any giant breed (or cross) which was not a big softy at 8 weeks:)
bye gwen

I know Gwen, if it was not so sad and worrying, it would be laughable.
