I had my pom groomed and the gal did a lion cut on him.She shaved his back super close and his hair still hasn't grown back in this area. It has been 2 months. His hair is growing back in all the other areas just not where he was shaved so close. Will it grow back and can I do anything to stimulate growth?

One of my hounds had his back shaved in order to clean a cyst, it took at least 18months to grow back. Unless the skin was burned the coat should grow back.

I hope you didn't pay this groomer who made such a mistake?
