I have recently returned from a uk camping holiday which was chosen to enable us to take our puppy with us. During the planning of our days we discovered very few places to go with the dog as she was not welcome.
We are seriously considering setting up our own doggy day care but feel unsure as to how much response we would receive, and wether there is a need for such a place.
Could you offer any advice so we can help other families wishing to take their dogs on holiday but not to be left in hot cars?
Maybe quite a good idea at first thought, but would you have somewhere to keep prospective dogs for the day? - building or buying kennels isn't cheap, and I can't imagine you'd have several dogs just running around in the garden/house together - some might be okay, but then others might not get on with each other. And you'd have to have insurance, not forgetting that the neighbours (if you have any) might complain if there's a lot of barking!
