I am breeding my daschund and when I breed her before she and the male stayed stuck for a little while and I was wondering if they have to stay stuck to breed or can he still get her pregnant if they do not get hooked (stuck)?Please let me know,she does stand for him and she also yelps but is she going to get pregnant if the don't get hooked?

I suggest you read "The Book of the Bitch" BEFORE embarking on breeding. Really, you should be aware of these kinds of things before you risk your bitch with a dog... Please, please do your homework first. Contact your breeder for their advice too.
