please help. my rotty bitch is on day 16 and still does not seem to be interested in the male . i feel sorry for him as he is trying really hard. i did notice she is still bleeding. she puts her back end up to the male and as soon as he goes to jump her she walks away. then yesterday she was playing the male role on him.could he be to big for her? im nearly ready to have a heart attack.

Hi,
You're going to have to be firm with her and hold her really steady for him, so that she cannot walk away! Stand in front of her, get hold of her collar, and you should have more luck.

Maybe she isn't ready yet? Ask your vet to swab her and you will get a better idea of the situation.
