1. Your dog :D
2. Benching chain and/or crate (if we're talaking about Champ Shows - which I think you were)
3. Show lead
4. Grooming aids/bait
5. Something for you to sit on :)
6. Clothes brush (for you)
7. Pin/entry number holder
8. Something to eat/drink for you and water bottle/bowl for your dog
9. Someone with a credit card (if you are going to a champshow :D :D :D

Enjoy it!!

And just a few more essentials to add to the above list:

1) Poo bags ;)
2) Water in a bottle and drinking dish
3) Baby wipes
4) Squeaky toy (if your dog is motivated by them)
5)Grooming table
6) Trolley (to get all the other stuff from car to bench)
7) Ring clip or aremband number holder
8) An ESSENTIAL for westies although VERY against KC rules) seems to be vast quantities of Chalk and Talc! ;) :).
bye

Everything but the kitchen sink :D
I think I even take that sometimes :D

One important thing not to forget if you've entered a
champ show is the passes!!
Purse/mobile phone
AA/RAC card just incase
Towels for dogs
First Aid kit for dog and humans inc piriton especially in the summer.
No-rinse shampoo (incase your dog is car sick or gets filthy before being
shown.
Wet weather gear for human i.e. light anorak and over trousers to protect
your show clothes from getting dirty.
Space blankets in summer to cover car so it remains cool and bungees for
trolley and space blankets.
There's probably loads more that you could take
I often take too much but then you never know when you'll need it :D

Well I know I can't take the freezer to a show on a hot day, so I do the next best thing to keep things cool and fresh. I fill empty bottles with water or for me squash, then freeze it overnight, Next day I pack these frozen bottles with the sandwiches and cold drinks, so that when I get to the show I have a cool drink and the ice melts during the day so even in the afternoon I have cold drinks. Plus it helps keep the food cool.
