Hi
I am hoping you could give me some advice my nieghbours rottie malted and the new fur is white it has really large white patches all over it's body and its ears have turned white and some smaller patches on its face, the dog is 5 years old.
It is in good health otherwise eating and drinking.

I've seen a couple of pictures of dogs this has happened to in dog magazines over the years, one a Rott, the other a Dobe. It looked very strange, as if they were covered in snow or something!:-) The dogs remained in good health, one kept the white hair, the other returned to black and tan. I can't remember if it was due to a particular condition, I'll try and find the relevant mag's and see.
