HI, try not to worry, the vet will tell you whats going on tomorow, he'll check them out and mention that you are worried about the hind legs on two of them. Hopefully they are just a bit behind. Mostly my pups aren't steady on their legs til 3 weeks. It could be that two are less forward than the others and are taking longer to find their land legs. Occasionally a pup does have sticky eyes when they first open and is not necessarily a serious problem. Let us know what happens.

Hi tracy
I am glad all is ok, and yes i am sure mine will be a handful to , at the moment they are just to cute. i could sit and watch for hours, They are 13 days old today, and the first opened its eyes yesterday and when i looked this morning most of the others have started to open aswell. I think my girl being so young is feeling the pressure of having 8 all feeding from her, i did wonder about helping her out by maybe giving them some lactol by bottle just to take the pressure off but i am not sure if i can yet as they are so young? any idea? Feel free to update me via email if you like as i often find at the moment i havent got anything to post about, Also i can send you some pics and vice a versus if you like as i just love puppy pics!!
Take care

Hi everyone, I'm new here and really need some advice.. I had a litter of German Shepherd puppies on June 5 2003 , my breeder which is also the co-owner of my bitch came when the pups were 5 weeks old and said they were small and started them on medicine for cocksidea (sorry about the spelling) at that time she gave them their first dewormer and shots.. .At 7 weeks she came back took her 1/2 of the litter and gave shots, dewormer and heartworm to my pups I had left. After a few days she gave the pups she took with her their shots, etc. and one of them got sick right away with dirreaha, vomiting, no engery, not eating or drinking.. so she took her to the vet, and the vet started iv fluids and antibotics and started running tests... I have heard first that it was parvo and it came from here but my pups were doing fine. Then when I took my pups to the vet, I called my breeder and she said dont have them tested for parvo that the vet said it wasnt parvo, that they thought it was corona virus. Ok I told my vet this and she checked out my pups and said they were doing fine, but that my breeder didnt vaccinate mine for the corona virus... But that there hasnt been an outbreak in Indiana of corona virus in years... Now my breeder calls and tells me she had 3 of the pups put down cuz they have parvo.. Now i'm to the point where if my pups dont eat like I think they should or their poop gets alittle runny or soft i should say I"m worried sick that they are sick.... This is my first time breeding and I love it but I'm not sure when to panic and when not too.. Right now I'm in panic mode.. I dont want anything to happen to my pups. Please give me so advice. Thanks a million
