is there any actual reason why male pups tend to let their 'doghood' hang out when they are sat down? I've noticed it a lot with my Dobe pup Remy, and my brother's retriever did it when he was a pup as well. Is it some kind of submission thing, or accidental?

me and my dad have been puzzling over this for a while now!

I't the first time I've kept a boy and I'm terrible with him. His little peas keep bobbing up and down and I'm like has he got two, or is their only one, I'm feeling the poor lad all the time!!! He's got his first show at the end of this month so I hope that his little peas grow or the judge will think he's a girl!!

Poor little boy, it must be such a pressure having to perform. I wonder if he is just holding himself back waiting for the quick frisk - boys like that. :D :D

I've decided that every time I think I have a problem to post it on here.

Anton was the dirty boy pup who was pooing in the car, 2 days after putting the post on here he stopped. Now 2 days after saying I'm not sure if he's got one and that they are smaller than peas, guess what!!!! You've guessed it they've both come properly down and are starting to fill out:d :d

I've had such a good titter reading postings 'pencil/lipstick' using search as advised by Dill.
A couple of months ago my male Westie was having a rough romantic moment with Clifford (his red stuffed lover). His lipstick came out and my god i was shocked. I'd only ever seen a little bit of it before and it had always gone straight back in. This particular day was the total opposite. It was huge and took a long time to disappear. The poor dog looked rather bewildered too. I honestly though something was wrong with it, (not used to male dogs and their tackle). I was begining to think along the lines of cool water or some kind of lubricant to get it back in. Phew scary couple of mins. Horrible looking thing i thought- does'nt belong on my beautiful cute little fella. Then again i bet all Mums say that eh. Ha Ha
