Hi can anyone help, my 5 month old pup has recieved a slight graze to her nose from playing with my other dog,it has taken the top layer of skin off and has healed and now pink in colour.Should the pigmentation come back again as the pup grows? thanks for your time!!

Yes it should come back, I posted once on here with the same question. Everyone assured me it would come back and it did, took a few weeks though.

Hi Willow,

We used to use a halti on our dobe who absolutely hated it and used to dive bomb onto his face out on walks, and when we got home, on our gravel drive. We had to abandon using it in the end as his face was starting to look really disfigured! It left him with hundreds of scars over his nose and face at the time, the worst of which looked horrid and ugly for a few months, but they've all healed with no signs of scarring so now we've started taking him to shows and he's doing rather well!

So, with this example in mind, hopefully yours should be fine!
