I have two Westies who are bothered by grass mites. The last couple of years my vet has had to resort to giving them a steriod injection, am just wondering if anyone has any other solutions.
Chewing paws is often a sign of allergies. Instead of sneezing from hay fever, dogs will often chew their paws, hind legs or base of their tail. You might find that he develops skin problems as well, so be prepared for a trip to the vet. :-)
