Are there any breeders in Canada? Can you breed a puli with out it being registered?

Sorry, I may be being a bit dim here; but why would you want an unregistered dog? Surely thats a sign that health checks have been done , and you're dealing with a responsible breeder, who see's their pups as a life-time commitment etc.

Think the guest may be hoping that all the dogs that are bred will be from registered dogs, unfortunatly this is not the way it is and in the UK anyway anyone can breed anything and judging from the free ads, they do.
