I would really appreciate some tips on how to best tackle grooming/trimming my Terv bitch.
I dont show her and tend to basically go over her with a slicker and tease out any knots which occasionally show themselves. My other Tervs had coats that were less thick, even my male.
I had her spayed (after much dilemma!) in September and as i expected her coat changed a bit, although with BSDs you can never quite be sure how this will affect their coats. What has happened is that her coat has generally become thicker (which is fine) and her furnishings a bit longer (that's OK too) but the hardest part is the "collarette" she has grown

It seems to be a few rows of fluffy hair around her neck sticking out. It's fine when just grooomed but after a while sticks out from the rest, looking neither one thing nor the other :(
Can anyone advise me on how best to get rid of this?
