american cocker spaniel (amc) for short as used by a show judge and breeder of these dogs, the same people that we got our first bitch from , unfortunately they no longer breed these but bichon friese, do you know of any one that has puppies due!, i can be contacted via email callifrayus@aol.com

Hi Guest, Sorry if my not understanding caused any offence in your previous post about an AMC puppy. Perhaps you are the USA and that is a common abreviation there. Here in the UK American Cocker Spaniels are known as 'Yankees', 'Americans' or just 'American Cockers'. This is my breed, I own, show and have judged, so I know it to be so. If you do happen to be in the UK, I know some litters available now, why not register with Champdogs, and we can chat.

I think the posters are in the South East Durham area - the former breeder being "Qmac". Spoke to them on the phone this morning.

Nice talking to you this morning. The usually used abbreviation for American Cockers is ACS.
