hi..i have had my lab puppy for 5 days, on his diet sheet it says give him scrambled eggs and cottage cheese, is this suitable for him?
, his stools are very loose, i feed him on beta as well, do you think i should change his food or stop feeding the eggs?

Hi
I would not give a puppy cottage cheese I would think it's a bit too rich.
But both my puppys a Basset Hound and a Yorkshire Terrier both love scrambled egg and it does not make either of them have loose stools, they are both thriving.
Hope this helps

I would carry on feeding him what the breeder recommends for another week or so. Cottage cheese is very low fat, and eggs tend to be 'binding', so it's unlikely that those are causing him the problem. Moving to a new environment, and a change of drinking water can all give a puppy the runs.
