i feel a bit stupid asking this question but my dog is on her 53rd day of pregnacy and this mornin when i got up i noticed she had wet her bed ? why is this any one got any ideas thanks tracy. ps by the way this is her second litter

She's probably carrying quite a large litter and the pups are pressing on her bladder. There won't be a lot of room inside her now. Keep an eye out, and if in doubt get the vet to check a sample in case she's got a touch of cystitis or infection.
