I just want to thank averyone who replied to my message about feeling sad over the loss of my dogs. I am replying to all the messages individually, but as I have now been on the internet ( and barcardi & coke) for over three hours I really should log off and go to bed.

So to all you dog lovers (and lucky people who still have a dog in your life) - Thank you for your kind words and advice.

I won't be getting a puppy just yet, but who knows what the future holds. (hopefully a wriggling little bundle that smells of biscuits)

Hi Jan

I too have read all the messages to you, and from you - and I think that your idea of having trees planted in memory of your dogs is an absolutely wonderful one - think of them in that wood, sniffing around roots, chasing after leaves - and the trees will be there long after you and I have gone - and in those trees is the fact - that they were planted in loving memory of Parsley and Holly! In my mind, far far better than giving money to the RSPCA!

Love Margot
