We are interested in buying a Cocker Spaniel pup but would like to see pictures of various colours of Cocker Spaniels. Is there a web site that will show pictures of the various colours?

Hi
Cockers come in several different colours: black, golden, blue roan, orange roan, lemon roan, black and white, chocolate, chocolate and tan.......
If you type into a search engine "cocker spaniel" you will see a load of link to websites.
Make sure you do a LOT of research before you go into getting one. Because, if you are unsure of colours, then i think you may be quite unsure of the actual breed. They require daily grooming, vet health checks (as with all dogs) etc etc. Also, make sure you get one from a decent breeder. Im afraid, there a lot of "breeders" who just have the puppies and the dogs arent up to much.
good luck.

Hi Guest

If you go here you can see most of the colours. Some of these colurs are not readily available in the UK, Sable for example and not all the pictures show the colours well, the Blue Roan and Tan is quite dark on the blue side but it will give you a good idea of what to expect.

If you are keen to have a particular colour, especially a less common one, orange roan for example, do be prepared to have to wait for the right puppy. Puppy farms are increasingly breeding for the colour market rather than quality.
