I have changed Star onto Burns. At the moment she is eating Ocean Fish and Rice. If I want to introduce another flavour eventually do I have to do it over the 5 to 10 days as advised when changing foods or just give her the new flavour.

I have recently changed Quest over to Burns after lots of stomach upsets and we change between the flavours for different meals etc with no trouble. I find he prefers the lamb to the fish or the chicken.

I changed my younger 2 dogs onto Burns over a month ago, I use the Active one (VAT free) as it has a higher fat content which suits the Munsters better. I can say that I think it is a good food and I was really pro-Nutro before this. Although Mia has had a complete coat drop, her coat is coming in now and it is gleaming, Curtis's is shinier and I believe he has put a bit of weight on. I changed because Curtis had mild colitis and a secondary skin infection and I believe this to be the gentlest food for his stomach.
The added bonus for me is if I order online, it gets delivered to me the next day, postage free!

What kind of dogs would you use the Active for? At the moment I have only used the fish and rice.

I have 4 Large Munsterlanders, the 2 youngest are almost 3 yo and 14 months. Munsters do respond better to a high fat diet (Unlike me!!!! :( ) that is why i went with the active as the normal burns diet is too low in fat. Munsters need a complete food with a min. 10% fat, optimum is over 15%. My dogs are quite spoilt for exercise as they get 3 decent walks a day whilst I work and 2 long walks a day when I'm at home. And by long, I mean up hill, over heather moors, swimming etc. even my 12 year old manages these walks still.

How much should I be feeding Star. She is about 21kg. I am feeding her about 125g twice a day. Im not sure if this is enough. She seems to be always hungry. On the bag it says between 200g and 300g a day for dogs 20kg to 30kg.
