hello im really hopingsomeone out there can be of help.

I live in the eastmidlands and for a long time my family has been discussing getting a dog after our last one sadly passed away.

My mum has always wanted a golden cocker spaniel so this is not just a passing fancy.

However we wish to adopt a young bitch to give her a second chance the RSPCA have not been very helpful and we are reaching our wits end at what to do.
