I am looking to buy an all white toy miniature Maltese puppie (the pocketbook size).
I live in Boston, Massachusetts and don't know where to buy one.

In addition, would you be able to give me some general information about this type of dog, i.e., its disposition, habbits, likes, dislikes, habbits, potential health problems, life span, etc.
