I have two rough collies, a dog (3yrs) and a bitch (5yrs) (mother and son), who have been surviving but not thriving on various dry foods over the years, I was thinking about changing them to Nature-diet, especially after what I read about what is really in dry dog food. I just wondered if anyone has noticed any beneficial changes after changing them to this diet?

Just changed my greyhound to Naturediet as she had digestive problems with dry food. Can't believe the difference that 2 days on the Naturediet food has made. Her stomach problems have disappeared and she seems a much happier, livelier dog.

My advice would be to give it a try

Same with my oldie Lab girl. She has had colitis for fours years and swapping to Nature diet Lite has been a complete success ! Solid poos, no wind and a happy girl as she loves it !

Did you try Naturediet - I gave it and I'm really pleased with the result - I read on here 'somewhere' that it works well mixed with Burns to cut the cost down a bit.

Yes I have put my dog on just nature diet lamb and rice as when I was mixing the two he got diarrhea, so I put him on boiled rice, and stopped his old dry food completely, and then bit by bit I put him onto the Naturediet, he absolutely loves it, whereas before he was never bothered about food, his stools are sooo easy to pick up, I never imagined I would get that result from a wet food.
At the moment I've got my bitch (who has a stronger stomach than her son) on the dry food, I'm letting her finish it all for us! She certainly doesn't seem to mind and she has this with some of the naturediet chicken & tripe on top, which she goes mad for.
I can't wait till all the dry food is finished and I can have them both on that alone.
I also think that my males coat is looking shinier, which is such a bonus!! Anyone else noticed this??
