Does anyone know of a holiday company or place that we can take our mutts.
Most places will only take one or two small dogs, but having newfs seems to be a problem.

Any ideas?

Friends of ours in Derbyshire have a holiday farmhouse they let out. Dogs no problem, we even take litters of pups (ok they are Maltese but still 12 in all), as they are friends we stay in the mobile home not the farmhouse don't like to take advantage of their hospitality but last time I went in Feb took......... 2 Newfs, 2 Maltese and a GSD (who has a thing about their collie) then hubby turned up with 3 cockers and a Bichon. They are lovely lovely people. You can find them in english cottages brochure, place is Ashtree Farm house Flagg near Buxton. Not cheep but it sleeps 10 plus and is HUGE.

Try Low Briery in the Lake District. they are dog friendly. There are cottages, caravans and timber lodges on the river bank (just right for a newf!) tel 017687 72044.
Or theres Creekside Cottages in Cornwall, which are dog friendly too, tel 01326 375972.

Enjoy your hols....wherever you end up:)

We took our two newfs and a springer to Anne Tysons Cottage in Hawkshead, Cumbria. Had a brilliant time. The dogs were even allowed in the village pubs when we had our evening meal.
