Hi - can anyone tell me - if you've already sent off your entry but the closing date is still several weeks away can you ring the secretary to change your class?

Most secretaries will accept a change I would have thought. They may send back your orginal application with a new schedule for you to complete - just in case they get it wrong - you can't blame them.

Hi Gail,
I shouldn't think there would be a problem. I posted an entry off for a show earlier this year, then after a week or so found out I could have entered another class, which I hadn't put on the entry form. Entries hadn't closed yet, so I phoned the secretary and she just added the extra class on, and I sent off a cheque for the extra £3.
