I have a GSD X terrier and I really want to show her. Are there little shows for dogs with no pedigree or anything?

You can show in the novelty classes at Companion (formerly Exemption) shows. these you enter on the day, and are often held with fetes etc in the summer months mostly.

The Crossbreed and Mongrel Club hold shows throughout the main season leading up to a final (in Aug/Sept I think). They have their own website I think - a lot of the shows tend to be north of London, that is why we stopped going

Good luck!

Have you got the web address??

WWW.crossbreed-and-mongrel-club.org.uk I think although I can't seem to access it at the moment, but I think it is just a problem with my files. If you can't get it just put crossbreed and mongrel club into a search engine.

As another thought I think the RSPCA run an annual Scruffts (sp?) which has heats throughout the year, maybe their site would have some info?

Good luck with any showing, my XB bitch loved it and always won under a male judge - it must be the wicked glint in her eye!!
