Well Guys

Who of you are going to Shows this weekend !!!

I've got an Open Show on Sunday here in Guernsey :D :D :D Douglas' first Show as an Adult. He was 18 months on the 08 April so is out of Junior now :(

Not me :D :D :D - hooray, a weekend off. (Went from Ascot to Merthyr Tydfil last Saturday, then from Ascot to Bridgwater on Sunday ........... am thoroughly looking forward to a weekend at home!)

Of course, there's still gardening, housework, ironing, dog walking, visiting two of my pups, etc. to do - oh, and a theatre trip Saturday evening - but oh, the luxury of not having to set the alarm clock.

Your so lucky to be able to go every weekend if you like ..... and not spend an arm and a leg to get there, I mean £300 just to get off Guernsey !!!

We've been lucky in the Channel Islands this year so far as we've had a Show once a Month until May :), then nothing until August :(

One of these days I will be able to come across for months on end. Then watch out you lot as I'll be bugging you all.

Sunday a breed club Ch show near Liverpool.

Well i got thrown out with Callum, which i knew would happen and Buffy got second out of two, the dog that she beat last week beat her this week, the judge said that Buffy wasnt moving right, when i asked her later what exactly was wrong with her movement she couldnt give me an answer and started to go red in the face!! oh well i just know not to go under her again you learn by your mistakes.

Well a mixed result for me and The Boys :) :(

Douglas was beaten in his Breed Class - first time since August last year :( but Bart won all his classes :D :D :D

I think Douglas just needs to wag his tail more ;) Bart just wags all the time, I just hold his head and the tail just goes :) Bless .... So not a bad day really.

I helped my friend with her Basset Puppies and we got one through to the end but then the little bee didn't let the Judge see his teeth so he lost out :( :( He is only 9 months though so he did really well.

I had a gut feeling that Douglas was going to get beaten as he has done well for so long. Next one is 3 May so not long to wait :D :D

Well I was at my breed champ show and got reserve out of 7 in my class. Better than nothing but I thought *some* of the judging was pretty poor IMO :D
