We have a peer bread bichon. His tempermate is bad. He is very aggressive and disobedient! We have made sure that he knows we are the boss but he still doesnt seem to change. Are there any hints?

Don't think this is typical of Bichons - have a word with your breeder - or maybe he's a rescue, in which case a little history would be useful for us to know

A little more information would be helpful, like age, how long you had him, set up of your family ect.
Have you been to any classes with him or spoken to a behaviourist?
Without seeing the dog and the way your family interacts with him on a daily basis it`s almost impossible to give sound advise
as it would be based on guess work.
