I own a 6 year old Welsh Terrier called Tucker, he has been data tagged and newted. My wife and I have just had a baby and unfortunatly the dog will not accept the baby and we are finding it impossible to cope with both. I am unwilling to give the dog over to a kennel so if anyone knows someone in the North East of England that would be willing to take him It would be most appreciated. He is a wonderfull dog for the house and doesn't need much excercise, he likes nothing better than to cuddle up next to you on the sofa and sneak into bed with you on an evening. He has one drawback though, being a terrier he doesn't like other dogs and must be kept on a lead, but he is used to that.Writing this is tearing me apart but I can't take the risk with the baby.This is a desperate plea to find him a loving home. I know that this is a long shot, but have you approached the breeder of your dog? You never know, maybe she knows someone who is looking for an older dog. It has to be worth a try :-)
