For the past 3 months my Westie has had problems ears, shaking, rubbing scratching etc. Vet said couldn't find anything specific and gave him steroid injections and drops. Did not want to go down that route so have tried homeopathic remedy - did help initially but came back again. No discharge or redness except when he has been scratching. Sometimes holds one of other ear down a bit and rubs along the ground sometimes. Only other real syptom is bad breath. We do have other pets in the house - cats and dogs.

Any suggestions would be helpful as I am really fraught.
